Step One: Window Film Consultation
A specialist will visit your business for an on-site consultation to understand your needs and goals for commercial window tinting. Whether you’re looking for decorative branding films or added security with protective window films, we’ll assess your space and recommend the best solutions. After the consultation, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of options, pricing, and timelines.
During the visit, our contractor will check all windows, take measurements, and show you samples. In most cases, we can apply the window film right away, but if you’d prefer to schedule it for another time, that works too it’s completely up to you!
Step Two: Window Film Preparation
For commercial projects, we always have you confirm your film selections before we start prepping the windows. If you have any special requirements, such as security clearances, we’ll take care of them at this stage. Our installation process begins with a thorough cleaning using a razor blade and non-toxic solutions, followed by our proprietary installation technique.
For home installations, we start by carefully cleaning your windows with a razor blade before applying our specialized process. You’ll then confirm which films go on which windows. Since we bring all materials on-site, we cut each film to size as we install, ensuring a perfect fit with minimal waste and a smooth, efficient process.
Step Three: Window Film Installation
During installation, we carefully measure and cut the window film to ensure a perfect fit for your windows. Before applying the film, we thoroughly clean all surfaces to remove any dust or debris. To enhance durability, we use C-Bond2, a specialized window film primer that strengthens both the glass and the film at a molecular level. This advanced adhesive speeds up curing time and improves adhesion, ensuring a long-lasting, high-performance window film.
Post-Installation
Once the installation is complete, we clean up the area so your space looks even better than before. To allow the film to properly set, please avoid cleaning your windows for 30 days after installation. It’s normal for small bubbles to appear during the drying process these will settle on their own. Please do not pop them, as this could affect the film’s performance. If you notice any issues, just give us a call, and we’ll take care of it promptly at no extra cost.
